I was in Osaka and Kyoto last year and all of the retro gaming shops I walked into were outrageously expensive. Where I live they import a lot of stuff from Japan so, for example, I can get two original Gameboys locally modded with IPS screens for the price of one original Gameboy without any mods at these shops in Osaka.
I'll be heading back to Osaka and the Kansai region next month. Any good places look for retro gaming? I'm interested in consoles more than cartridges. And portable consoles especially.
