I just moved here a week ago and have been trying consistently to open a bank account with no luck. Finally got a Yuucho appointment and they said that some Savings Administration Office needs to confirm my identity and that I would be receiving some mail from them. Has this happened to anyone else? Do you know how long it takes? The representative at the counter wasn't able to give me a time estimate
