Hello everyone, my friend and I are planning to visit Japan in early September (5th-25th) for the second time. We visited last year in late October, and our rough itinerary is 7 days Tokyo, 2 days Fuji, 3 days Kyoto, 4 days Osaka, and 4 days in Shirakawa-go and the surrounding areas.
However, we're worried about the heat, humidity, and possibility of typhoons. For reference, we're from Palestine so we can handle heat, it's currently 40°C+ here, but there's a difference between not passing out and actually having a good time.
My friend suggested either cutting the Shirakawa days and starting in Hokkaido instead, or staying flexible to move out of the Tokyo-Osaka area if there's a typhoon warning, but I'm unsure what to do. Would appreciate some advice!
