The Hokkaido Bowl from Lobster Place, Chelsea Market. It’s every bit as good as I thought it would be. Salmon belly, sweet shrimp, squid, sea urchin, and salmon roe The rice was incredible! 🙂 I also got a plate of oysters that happened to be 50% off. I was hoping to get live uni and scallop but they were out 🙁 Probably the only thing that bugged me about this bowl is the fake leaf 🙂
