Kyoto day trip help

Hi, I’d love some input into a day I’ve planned in Kyoto! It’s my second time in Japan, so just trying to see/do things I didn’t get a chance last time. I wanted to add a day trip in but not sure where and ideally would need to be around 30min from Kyoto. I’ve already been to Nara, Osaka and Uji 😊 Was thinking of visiting the Kifune shrine/Kibune area? Would that be recommended in early November? I know most of the river side restaurants are closed, but wondering if there’s much to do in that area?

Here’s my day so far:

  • Kiyomizu-dera (get there around 8am)
  • Starbucks Coffee – Kyoto Nineizaka Yasaka Chaya
  • Tenjuan Temple
  • Philosopher’s Path
  • Snack stop at Ao Onigiri
  • Bee’s Knees/Pontocho for evening drinks

My other days in Kyoto are quite chill so I don’t mind a packed day for above. In fact I prefer busy days haha! Would love recommendations on where else I could go/things to see that are less touristy/off the beaten path. Thank you so much ☺️
