My husband and I (early 30s) are planning on going to Tokyo for 5 nights this spring for the first time. As “when in Rome (Tokyo)” we would love to stay in a hotel with spectacular views of the city scape. Thinking Tokyo station, Shibuya, or Ueno areas. Hoping to keep the budget under/around $400 per night. Any recommendations from the travelled folk would be greatly appreciated
