Can someone help me?

I have been in Osaka for the past 4 days and have a sore throat and have been feeling sick. I was taking Augmentin about 10 days ago and did not finish the course as I got better. The sickness is back and the sore throat and body aches are killing me. Can someone please help me out? I will pay for Augmentin if anyone has! Or does anyone know any clinics that will be willing to prescribe it? I keep reading online that the clinics are not the best. If anyone can guide me that would be great.

  1. You should ALWAYS finish the full course of an antibiotic. Failure to do so results in the situation you are in now and reduces the effect of antibiotics in the future as the bacteria can become more resistant to them. Beyond that you need to go to a clinic and explain what happened and how you are feeling now and the doctor should be able to find a course of treatment. This clinic on the loop line speaks English and can get you what you need.

  3. Do not buy prescription medications off anyone, it’s illegal and silly. Go to an ENT, let them check and assess and prescribe what you need, not necessarily what you think you need.
