Student visa ending, planning on using the last month to travel

Hi everyone, I don’t know if this is the best place to ask but I figured many people in here have been on a student visa before

Ive been in Tokyo for 5 months and leave next month, I have some family coming out and really want to spend that last bit of time traveling outside of Tokyo

So it’ll be about 3 weeks where Im not in school,
Will this affect me to ever come back to Japan amd work say 5 years down the line?

Also does this affect tourist visas at all? My principal said something about black list but because everything was in Japanese I had a hard time
