Itinerary check and advice request for 5 days in Tokyo in October.

I will be going to Tokyo for the first time with my wife in the beginning of October and afterwards we would go to Kyoto where I find it easier to plan.

I mainly need advice on the itinerary regarding if they make sense location wise, that they are not too far away from each other, that we are not doing not too many things per day or if we are missing any big things. Generally we like to simply explore areas on our own so for example in Akhibara we will walk around and explore until we are ready to move onto the next thing and we are not against a lot of walking. We will arrive on Saturday night so I excluded it as we will likely just go to the hotel and then find some food before sleeping and we will leave for Kyoto on Friday morning.
