Should i buy Teamlabs Kyoto tickets so early

Hi guys,

I will be going to Japan from 13 Oct to 28 Oct. I have only done flight and hotel bookings for now. My visa is in progress so me going is not 100% confirmed.

USJ, DisneySea etc tickets aren't available yet for my dates anyways. But Kyoto Teamlabs that is opening in Oct has tickets for sale. I don't see much hype on Instagram yet. I'm confused if i should buy them so early. I would love to go and won't want them to be sold out. But I'm not sure if i should buy so early. What if i change my itinerary and decide to do something else 🙁

Help me out!! What should i do :'(

  2. Wait until a month beforehand. Judging by how the newer one in Tokyo went on opening you have time. Tickets were available 2-3 weeks in advance on opening month and the one in Tokyo was seriously hyped up.

    DisneySea you can buy literally the night before. The one exception is if you’re looking at the vacation package, otherwise no need to pre-purchase.

    USJ pre-buy only if you’re buying an express pass (HIGHLY recommended) but again, get your visa first as they’re very expensive and you can’t change the date or refund them.
