There's an activity I want to do in Osaka before I head out to travel to Kyoto to my next Hotel. I don't think my hotel has the Luggage transfer service and not sure if they can keep my suitcase after checkout so I can go and do my thing before I pick it up and leave. Is Ecbo cloak reliable? Has anyone had any bad experience? I've also read that you can use the coin lockers in train stations too. Any advice? Thanks.
