Express pass at Universal Studios Japan

Hi – I've been looking at tickets for USJ and am a little confused about the express pass. For example, if i purchase the Universal Express Pass 4Minecart & Flying Dinosaur, does it mean that i only can use this pass for the following 4 rides (MarioKart: Koopa's Challenge, Mine Cart Madness, The Flying Dinosaur, and JAWS/Jurassic Park) or can i use it for these rides as well as any other general admission rides?

I'm trying to understand if there even are any other general rides to use the express pass or if its limited only to the ones indicated on the pass?

Basically my goal is to get into Nintendo World.
