hello!
im wondering if anyone has had an experience with this but im using my yucho 通帳 app to transfer to my friend’s mizuho bank. but i would get a notification that says:
“お申込みの送金は、外為法に基づく確認を要するものに該するため、別途ご連絡させていただく場合があります。また、1回の送金につき、3,000円の料金がかかりますが、よろしいでしょうか？
Please note that a payment fee of ¥3,000 will be charged, as confirmation in line with Foreign Exchange Law is required for your payment. Please also note that we may contact you later.”
a 3,000 yen fee is too much for a local transfer in my opinion lol any idea why? do you have suggestions for alternatives? thank you!!!!
