I got Calls at first and now messages about my Internet. Is it fine to just ignore it?

It’s something about my Fiber Optic Internet and whatever but I don’t really understand japanese that much, much less through a shitty call with bad reception. It’s fine to just ignore this yeah? It’s so sketchy feeling that they just call you randomly and with an unknown number.
