Will my student visa attendance rate affect my tourist visa acceptance in the future?

Hi ive been a student in Tokyo for 5 months and my attendance has been around 80-85% with one month at 70% I’ve gotten warnings from my school for it being under 90% but, this last month I plan on traveling with family before I leave and since school will still be in session my attendance rate will be pretty bad the last month probably under 50%

I understand it will make it so I more then likely won’t be able to do another student visa here but I only plan to come here again on a tourist visa

I have a US passport if that changes anything with the visa
