As the title says, I got scammed by them. They gave me a faulty item, then were nice when I asked for a replacement but gave very little information about it. When I pressed them about it they started calling me names and accusing me of all sort of things, playing the victim and then blocked me on everything. It wasn't until now that I saw the reviews saying that that's something they often do.
I'm guessing there's not much that can be done to get my money back, or is there? With so many people going through the same stuff isn't there anything that can be done against a business that often scam people like that? Should I just drop it and take the loss? ¥15,000 might not be a big loss of money for some but it'll make a huge difference for me, that's why I'm asking.
