Hi,
I am currently living in Tokyo on a 特定活動 visa, and I am looking for a hotel front desk job in full time. I have passed the two required exams for the 特定技能 visa (宿泊分野特定技能一号評価試験 and 国際交流基金日本語基礎テスト (JFT-Basic)). My Japanese level is around N3-N2, I never tried to pass the JLPT but I have absolutely no issue living here and using my Japanese everyday. Few months ago I had interviews in Japanese and had no issue understanding what was being said nor expressing myself (but it was for graphic design, and since I'm a bit screwed regarding education I decided to go for hotel job and SSW). My French and English are both native level.
My question is, is it difficult to find a job in this field? I just applied right now to around 60 offers online.
Also, do you have tips? Maybe websites/job boards? Does HelloWork work?
Thank you!
