As the title,
We are planning to renovate the house (in laws) but we got a quote from a company with a design of double windows .
I think it doesn’t sound right not practical and not very stylish, however the builder says it’s cheaper to build an extra window rather than change the design or change the window .
Has anyone ever heard this or is just some sort of Bs.
They say if we change the window rather than add a window it will increase around ¥1M .
