Part Time Job in Japan

What’s the risk if you resign without your contracts end in Japan?
I’m a foreign student from Myanmar who’s currently studying Japanese in Language School.
I’m currently working as a part time dishwasher at the hotel. It’s just three days when i started working there. The problem is that there is old woman who seems to be leader. Though I’ve been trying my best, She didn’t explain anything about where to place since there are many different types of plates. If I placed the the plates in wrong place, I got scolded by her. It seems like she doesn’t like me or she wanna show me the power. Yesterday was the worst day ever for me. As a person who get scared if getting attention from other people, She scolded me in front of many staff. I feel the eyes on me even though I was just looking at the floor. I don’t even want to survive anymore. I just wanna give up everything. I want to resign from the job but the contracts is the end of September.
