Is 3.45 h enough time for my transfer from HND to NRT?

I booked a flight from ITM -> IAD, but the total flight is ITM -> HND and then NRT -> LAX, then LAX -> IAD. Domestic and International Flights all in one ticket. Does this mean that I don't have to worry about bag claim in HND and I can just go to HND -> NRT using the airport shuttle since I don't think I have to go through customs and migration as a domestic flight going into HND? I heard that the ride is about 90 mins which only leaves me 2hr before the international flight, which is a little nerve-racking. Also it should be ANA flights
