Would moving to Japan be possible by going to Language School to learn the language, then to a Vocational School to get a degree (preferably blue-collar), then getting a work visa with the degree and at least N2 Japanese?

I am American, 23yrs old, high-functioning ADHD, with no college degree, nor interest in going tens of thousands of dollars in debt for one in the US. I'm at a crossroad in life where I can choose to live at home with parents and a good paying job, save enough money to move abroad, OR move sooner to another US State (job pays well, but is useless outside of this job, and I live in rural middle of nowhere, so I crave city life). Just wanna gather information to determine where to go in life from here. With things looking uncertain in the USA as of late, I'm tryna determine if I wanna potentially get stuck here in USA moving away from home, or to move abroad, where I don't have to deal with a buncha problems I have with the US (politics, car dependency, lack of public healthcare, etc) that are better overseas. My ADHD will likely make working white-collar difficult, as such I'm pretty set on blue-collar work.
