So we’ve just moved out into long term rental, but I wanted to big up the Tokyo furnished team because we’ve stayed with them a couple of times and they’ve been super easy super helpful and responsive. When we were looking there wasn't heaps online about them, so just wanted to post something in case other folks are looking for opinions!
First time we used them as there almost nothing online, and we hedged our bets with a cheap wee place. It was as advertised but for a furnished rental for 3 months was grand. And the guy was helpful if we needed anything in the house or for our small dude.
When we came back with visa they helped us get a place for dogs, (we went bigger this time) and any issues we had the guy basically scooted round that same day.
All in all, very flexible , reasonable rates (we had no key money etc; and seemed at least as cheap as other sites out there when looking at furnished places) and basically good vibes all round!
So in case anyone is looking for short/mid term rentals: they’re a good bet!
