Where to purchase physical Welcome Suica cards near the Daikoku Cruise Terminal

Hi Friends – we'll be arriving by ship at the Daikoku Cruise Terminal and we're wondering if anyone knows the closest place to purchase physical Welcome Suica cards near there. I assume Yokohama Station will be a common answer, but looking for some place closer to the cruise terminal if possible. We only have US-based Android phones, so no digital Suica or ICOCA for us 🙁
