Store with a large cigarette selection in Tokyo

Hello, could you please recommend a store that has a large variety of cigarettes, especially flavoured ones?

Best if it would offer a tax refund, even better if I could browse the selection online and possibly order them for pickup.

I looked at many duty free shops at Narita airport but all of them sold cigarettes only by the carton.
