Hey everyone: is Korakuen ever open to walk into just to take pictures? When I used to go to Japan in the 90s, you could walk into the Korakuen building and go up to where they sell tickets at the ticket booth and I was able to walk into the hall when no-show was going on numerous times. Has anyone had this experience? Just looking to take some souvenir pictures this upcoming December. Thanks
