What are my prospects?

So, I’m a 24F who really wants to move to Japan for work and have been wondering about any potential prospects.

I did look through visa options and will most likely need to find a sponsor, however this part is easier said than done.

Now a bit about me:
– I do have a BA and an unfinished MA (dropped out after finishing the whole course, can potentially reenroll).
– 5 year work experience in Supply Chain management (international logistics operations, imports/exports, warehousing, transportation, stock management, international project coordination, process improvement and automation, KPI gathering and analysis). I also have Project Management related certifications.
– Can speak 3 languages fluently, 2 on b1 level and learning Japanese (currently only N4, but I do study daily).

What can I do to improve my chances and did anyone have experience with sponsorship for a Supply Chain job? Any suggestions?

I currently reside in the EU, even though I am not a citizen. I do not qualify for Highly Skilled Individual Visa, Work Holiday Visa or the JET program Visa.

Thank you in advance for any assistance!
