Unexpected Charges JC ホケンハウスガ

I received these 2 charges (JC ホケンハウスガ 23,800円, JC ダイトウヤチン 45,829 円) and google translate/my ability to read katakana is not helping. I just moved in last month, but I don't remember charges this large being mentioned by the realtors or apartment management companies when I signed the rental contract. Is this real or something I should be concerned about? Will I need to expect these bills every month?

Edit: I confirmed w/ my realtor my automatic payments for rent are going through now and the second is insurance that's billed for every 2 years which is the same as my contract period.
