I've read some old threads to try and find help, but am generally losing my mind!
I've tried to make accounts now with Docomo, Ahamo, Povo, and Rakuten – all of them fail with my ID check. I have a residence card and have double and triple checked to make sure everything is in order.
Docomo seemed hopeful, but the final continue button on their website wouldn't work.
Is this an issue with the automated ID check system? Is there anything I can do to fix this, or do I just need to go to a store?
