Looking for Spanish-speaking communities in Osaka

I’ve been looking for events or groups for Spanish-speaking residents in Osaka, but most of what I find are Spanish conversation meetups or dance classes where the main audience is Japanese learners.

What I’m hoping to find are groups or communities of long-term residents since I’m a bit tired of meeting new people only to have them leave Japan after a few months.

Does anyone know of communities or events like this around the Osaka/Kobe area?
