will I be just fine?

for the spouses, did anybody have an experience where they had their husband’s last name on their DOD ID but their maiden name on their passport and had no problem with Japan immigration? also I wonder if they put my maiden name or the one on my DOD ID on the orders? I’m just concerned because when we went to IPAC the personnel asked if we want my husband’s last name on it so we said yes. but I just realized that it might be a problem? I plan to bring the marriage certificate so hopefully I’ll be just fine.
