Chase bank (USD) to Japanese multi-currency bank (USD)

I'd like to wire USD from Chase account to a Japanese multi-currency bank account; so USD to USD. My question is can I do this online (while in Japan)? If so, which Japanese multi-currency bank account would you recommend? The purpose is to convert to Yen when the exchange rate is more favorable.
