Need (sushi) Help!


I have been experimenting with Salmon skin temaki, but the salmon skin is fried to shape the cone.

The problem is I cant find a stainless steel cone mold that is the correct size. The best I can find are canoli cones, but those are too small.

This has been on my mind for years, and I finally have a place of employment that will give me infinite salmon skin woth which to experiment.

Can someone help me find a mold that's truly the size of a standard temaki?🙇‍♂️
