My buddy caught a Tuna and let me prepare some. In order: Classic Tuna Nigiri – Crispy shallot with a touch of ponzu – Spicy tuna, chive and avocado on top – Toasted sesame seeds and scallion on top with a touch of tataki marinade. Not pictured: many more Tuna Nigiri’s, sashimi, tuna tataki, some hand rolls and miso soup.
