Here’s a little about me. I been in the Corps for 4 years and joined since 2020. My original MOS was 0111 until I done a paternal move to become a radio operator. I had always had a passion to come out to Okinawa as I had a great time out there on my 2 UDP’s I had over the years. I reenlisted a few months ago to come back out here. I recently got a car along with my SOFA license which I got in a month. My next things I’m waiting on is my title, registration and JCI paperwork. I was wondering how much does car insurance cost on base and how much do plates cost? We got a big op coming up and I’m trying to get as much done before Resolute Dragon pops off which is done annually in Okinawa. Public transportation is convenient when you’re deployed or stationed out here but can be costly and time consuming. I am trying to hop on the road as soon as possible. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you 🙏🏾

Plate costs depend on a lot of things, but mostly plate number corresponding to the vehicle weight, length, motor size. A yellow or Kei plate is the cheapest to insure and plate. Followed by most 4 cylinder cars. 6 and 8 cylinders are more expensive depending on the car. And insurance for a young person is not cheap. Sorry I don’t have the specifics, butt he JSVRO website might help.
Why the fuck you talk like that?
