People were probably stealing the bottles.
Quality has been in a downward spiral for a while. I used to think it was pretty good 10 years back. I was so disappointed the last time I went and that was years ago.
This seems like a good excuse to bring your own. I recommend Tabasco Scorpion Sauce.

It’s spicer than what was in the bottles, and the bottles were always never maintained. For once, I think this is a plus.
Saizeriya is straight ass
Saizeriya is operating in Japan at a loss to keep their low prices. It’s practically a charity so honestly they’re the one place I’m not gonna give shit for trying to cut costs.
I’ve also noticed a lot of variability in quality by location. We have two near where we are. One I’ll never go to the other we’ll sometimes use for an easy cheap meal when we just need food
