Hi! I’m new to paying my tax using a QR code. It’s the first time my city introduced it. I paid and scanned it August 29th, the due date is September 1st. Now, I am not sure how soon my payment arrives or if there will be a few a days before my payment will reflect at the city hall. Which date will appear to them? Is it August 29th or when the it time arrives to them? My bank is Rakuten.
