9 Hour “Layover” in Haneda Airport, What do to

Hi y'all, visiting Japan next month.

Plane is set to land in Haneda in 11am on a Thursday (hopefully not too busy).

Flying out from Haneda to Okayama (domestic) at 7:40pm. Thinking of leaving the luggage at the airport and travelling light.

So around 8-9h give of take time in Tokyo.

There is a half day reserved for Tokyo but I'd like, if possible, knock a few items off the list on the first day.

Any ideas what I should do during the layover?

Thinking of visiting one of the teamlabs, would it be sufficient time?

Note: second time to Japan, can read speak Japanese (to a certain degree)
