hello! i'm an asean high schooler who has always wanted to live in japan. fortunately, my family is supportive of me to go to either usa or japan for my undergraduate studies. both countries will be english based degrees, with my goal in japan being waseda spse or keio pearl. my aim in the future is to break into the finance industry in japan so can i know if a local degree is preferred or do they favor one from overseas like usa? i do know that usa degrees can help to open many doors worldwide, but im unsure of whether it is worth the cost + how respected it is in japan. thanks!
