How to transfer from Wise to Rakuten bank account?

I'm asking a family member from overseas to transfer some money to me and unfortunately we have hit a roadbock.
They tell me that when they are inputting Rakuten bank as a name "Esp bank" comes up, and they have trouble saving the information into their Wise account. Would someone be able to tell or direct me how I can fix the issue.

The information I told my family member included the Rakuten bank code (0036), branch code/name and my account number, and I gave them my name in katakana too.
