Trying to get paperwork done to declare my newborn and wanted to use the translation templates from the consulate website but I get the following error for several of the ones I need:

Have tried multiple browsers on multiple devices but no luck. Anyone else running into this? Any solutions, or is it even necessary for me to use the templates? I can read and write Japanese well enough to do it myself if I need to, would just rather not.
