Hi,
We have several employees that don't speak business Japanese. Recently the frequency of meetings in Japanese increased significantly and in most cases we don't have enough Timekettle devices (that we have been using so far for such meetings) to cover.
While Timekettle provides a decent live translation, I believe it is overkill for what we need it to do. In our case, it would be sufficient during meetings to put the phone on the table and let it translate from Japanese into English on the screen.
I tried using the conversation mode in Google Translate, and while it transcribes Japanese very well, the translation is very slow and after couple sentences it seems to be missing a lot of the conversation. Unfortunately not suitable for lengthy nature of business meetings.
The best solution so far that I've found is 3PO app (made by some reddit user). It seems to do a fast and accurate translation, but the UI is a bit jumpy and somewhat disorienting after a while.
Do you have any other recommendation for this use case?
