Hello!
I'm going to Japan in a month and i am getting a bit nervous. I'm still not sure about travelling in Japan and have some questions, if you could help!
When we arrive we have to get a suica card (or similar) – android users – and then put some money in it.
The shinkansen uses different tickets (i think, i also read about suplements??), and already read that we can buy them when we arrive.
But – Q1, what is the best way to go from Narita to Ginza? The Subway says about 1h30 travelling time, and after a 20h trip I think we will be tired. I've read about a bus limousine but it doesn't make a stop at my hotel (i think) and the taxis are so expansive.
Q2 We're going to Hakone – i've read about the pass and the romance train. But we're doing a fun2drive activity that ends at 16h30, and from there we are going to Kyoto. From google, the best way is a bus to odawara and then the shinkansen to Kyoto at 18.07 – and that 's the only one available. Should we buy that ticket before? Now?
Q3 can i use suica card to go from Kyoto to Nara; from Nara to Osaka; from Osaka to Himeji and from there to Hiroshima and black? Just tap and go?
How much money should we put in the suica?
Thank you so much for any help!
