I’m currently studying the Japanese language in Tokyo and planning to continue my studies for career purposes. I already hold a bachelor’s degree from India.
My concern is that most master’s programs in Japan seem to require applicants to have some kind of research background or published paper from their bachelor’s degree. In India, that’s not common, so I don’t have one.
Because of this, I’m considering applying for a second bachelor’s degree in Japan, but entering directly into the 2nd or 3rd year (so it would only take around 2 years). Is this possible? And would it be a more practical choice compared to a master’s?
*Edit: I have a bachelor's degree in automobile engineering from India and want to pursue a second bachelor's degree in fluid engineering
