Studying for 8 months here in Osaka. Could anybody recommend me an optometrist to fix my glasses? It is not my lens that is the issue but the hinge for one of the arms fell off. I tried going to one at a local mall they said they can’t fix it so it must be a bigger issue than i expected (i thought it was just needed another screw). Thank you –
