Going to the ER for severe stomach pains and the dr told me I’m fine and sent me home

So I fainted due to severe stomach pain in the office today and my coworkers called the ambulance for me. It's not my period and I've never felt this kind of pain in my life.

I had cold sweat, my vision was all bright, my ears were ringing and my stomach hurts so much.

I cried the whole 3 hours cuz of pain where they try to find what's wrong with me before they gave me pain meds. But after a CT scan, a blood test, an ovarium test.. they said they couldn't find anything wrong with me and sent me home.

I highly doubt that there was nothing wrong with me cuz my stomach hurts so bad that I started to wonder if this is what giving birth feels like..

I asked them one last time if there was nothing wrong with me, then why am I hurting so badly. They said that they didn't know, but sent me home anyways with a "if it hurts again come back to the hospital"
