I downloaded Yahooフリマ, created a Yahoo ID, and set everything up to buy something — no problems at first.
Long story short, I bought the item I wanted. A few minutes later the seller messaged me through the 取引メッセージ inside the app to say the item had already been sold on another platform and that he would cancel the transaction. The transaction was cancelled and I got my money back, so I looked for another seller. I repeated the process, and in the end everything went well. The new seller had already sent the package to my address.
I waited for about an hour and then opened the Yahoo app again. It asked me to log in; after entering the SMS code, a screen popped up with the error code F001 saying I had violated the Terms of Use.
I contacted Yahoo customer service and they told me they had confirmed I engaged in fraudulent activity and suspended my account.
I have no words — I don’t know what to do now. At this point I don’t care about my Yahoo ID, but I want to at least receive the T-shirt I already paid for……. Thanks for your help, everyone. 🙁
