Land in Japan with no building rights, worth it or not?

Has anyone here bought land in Japan that came with a lot of restrictions? I found a piece of land I’m interested in, but I’m trying to understand what’s actually possible with it.

From what I know:
– I can’t build a house or lodge on it, buy a trailer might be okay since it’s not “permanent.”
– Adding something like a septic tank would probably count as construction, so that might not be allowed.
– Also, the listing says “no road access,” but the land is right next to a road and has been used for storage for years, so access seems fine in practice.

The spot itself is amazing, but I’m not sure how useful it would really be because of the legal limits. Has anyone here bought land like this before? What did you end up doing with it? Would something simple like a small movable cabin be possible?
