Nuro Internet suddenly not working correctly

I’ve had Nuro Fiber in my apartment for a year and it’s been great. A few days ago suddenly weird things started happening:

• I cant make zoom calls without the audio dropping out. Sometimes I can’t join zoom calls at all.
• Discord doesn’t work
• Webpages fail to load like 50% of the time.
• Online games sometimes drop out. Some won’t work at all (friends can’t join my game)
• Reddit content will load but not the comments??
• Work related websites fail to load

These things are happening on every device, wired or on wifi. I’ve restarted the router multiple times and run “packet loss” tests but everything seems fine.

I work from home so this is causing me a lot of stress. And I don’t speak enough Japanese to call Nuro and ask. Has anyone had anything like this happen? Or know what could be the cause?
