Looking for Recommendations: English English-speaking Psychiatrist / Mental Health Clinic in Tokyo

Hello /r/Tokyo, I am looking for an English-speaking psychiatrist or mental health clinic, preferably in the Shinagawa/Minato/Ota area.

I have already been diagnosed back home and was taking Trazodone and Bupropion before moving to Japan. Now I am looking for a clinic where I can get a prescription for those meds or something equivalent.

Also, if anyone knows how much I can expect cost-wise, I would be thankful. I am insured via Kanto IT.
