Hi all i would be coming to japan on 15 september 2025 as a student, I just found out about Yunyu Kakunin-sho procedures to import medicines.
I know im very late in applying, is it better to submit the pdf form in mail or just use the online application to obtain the certificate faster.
i'm filling the form right now wanted some clarifications for the below medications i would be trying to quote in the online form.
- DENSITA-MF Solution 60ML [Topical spray would be needing it 12]
- MINTOP Shampoo 100ML [Quantity 3]
In the form i have few doubts in the following section
Quantity and Unit: Should i mention 12 and ml or 60*12 =720 and ml also what is 'EA'
Specifications：what should be mentioned here
Chemical Name or Active Ingredients Name：Should i just write contents of these Pharmaceuticals like minoxidil 5% and so on.
Any help would be very much appreciated.
